Jazzy drums, soaring guitars, and twangy vocals with tongues firmly placed in cheeks. We’re treated to a little bit of banjo action as well, which is a huge A+ in my book. This is the thinking-man’s punk, folks. Outside the box, unconventional, and catchy as hell. I adore this record. Possibly one of the best slabs I’ve heard in a very long time.
